I just cannot believe it.
This is a very widely distributed bluetooth dongle. But, I just cannot get its windows driver from the Internet.
So, I post the content in the driver CD here! It works for windows 7.

I got it working!
The driver installed from the CD called "Bluetooth Stack", which is from Toshiba. But it is for windows xp only, not compatible for win7.
I googled and found http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=download. Although it warns that it is for Toshiba only, it works perfectly on my Thinkpad laptop with this Cellink bluetooth dongle BTA-3130EDR.
